A Czech government scholarship, within its Foreign Development Cooperation programme, fully covering tuition for selected follow-up Master's and doctoral programmes and subsidising living and health insurance costs in Czechia. Restricted each academic year to a short, explicitly named list of developing countries that changes from cycle to cycle.

Sri Lanka is not on this current list. Note the list is redrawn each academic year: Sri Lanka was included in the immediately preceding AY 2026/2027 cycle (deadline 30 September 2025) but was dropped for AY 2027/2028, so eligibility should be re-checked against the official MSMT page before each application round.
