Confirm the trip fits UDI visitor visa rules for Sri Lankan citizens and will stay within 90 days in any 180-day Schengen period.
Prepare passport, travel medical insurance, travel plan, accommodation, funds normally NOK 500 per day or sponsor guarantee, and purpose evidence such as invitation, business or medical documents.
Register the application in the UDI Application Portal, pay the fee and book the VFS, Norwegian mission or representing Schengen mission appointment.
Attend the appointment with passport and checklist documents, submit fingerprints/photo and provide any extra documents requested by the mission.
After grant, travel within visa validity, keep insurance/support documents available and do not work or overstay the 90/180-day limit.
